Last Updated: 8 October 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fork application and related services provided by LINKORA TECHNOLOGIES LTD, a company incorporated in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before installing, accessing, or using Fork.

By installing, accessing, registering with, or otherwise using Fork, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Fork.

As Fork is a third-party client of Telegram, by registering for and using Fork, you agree to comply with these Terms and Telegram’s Terms of Service, available at https://telegram.org/tos.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and otherwise process Personal Data in connection with Fork.

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below.

1.1. “Fork”

“Fork” means the client application developed and operated by the Company under the name Fork, including its mobile, desktop, and other versions, editions, or platforms made available by the Company.

Fork is an unofficial third-party Telegram client and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram. It offers an alternative interface for functionality available through the Telegram ecosystem and may include features and technical solutions that are not available in the official Telegram applications.

Fork may also omit, modify, replace, or discontinue certain features or functionality available in Telegram.

Fork does not constitute a separate messaging network and does not operate the Telegram messaging infrastructure.

Fork is built on Telegram’s open-source code and connects to Telegram’s servers through the Telegram API.

1.2. “User”

“User” means an individual who installs, accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses Fork.

1.3. “Telegram”

“Telegram” means the Telegram messaging platform and related services operated by Telegram’s operator and its affiliates or service providers, including the Telegram API, Telegram servers and other infrastructure made available by Telegram.

Telegram is a separate service and is not operated or controlled by the Company.

1.4. “Services”

“Services” means any features, functionality, and related services made available by the Company through Fork.

1.5. “User Content”

“User Content” means any information, text, files, images, videos, audio, links, messages, profile information, or other content that a User submits, transmits, uploads, sends, or otherwise makes available through Fork.

1.6. “Account”

“Account” means User’s Fork account, which the User uses to access the Services after completing the authentication steps described in Section 4.1. An Account is separate from the User’s Telegram account.

1.7. “Third Party”

“Third Party” means any person or entity other than the User, the Company and persons acting on behalf of the Company.

1.8. “Personal Data”

“Personal Data” has the meaning given to that term in the Company's Privacy Policy.

1.9. “Privacy Policy”

“Privacy Policy” means the privacy policy published by the Company governing the processing of Personal Data in connection with the use of Fork, as amended. It does not include Telegram’s privacy policy, which governs Telegram’s own processing of Personal Data and is available at https://telegram.org/privacy.

2. ABOUT FORK

Fork is a third-party Telegram client application.

Fork is intended to provide Users with an alternative way to access and interact with functionality made available through the Telegram ecosystem.

The Company is independent of Telegram. Fork is not the official Telegram application and is not affiliated with, operated, controlled or endorsed by Telegram.

Telegram remains a separate service with its own operator and is subject to Telegram's terms, policies and technical requirements.

Fork uses Telegram’s API, services, infrastructure, and other technical interfaces provided by Telegram.

Accordingly, the availability and functionality of certain features of Fork may depend on Telegram's services, APIs, policies, and technical infrastructure.

The Company does not control Telegram and cannot guarantee the availability or continued operation of any Telegram service or API.

3. FORK FUNCTIONALITY

Fork is continuously developed and may change over time.

3.1. Additional Features

Fork may include features and functionality that are not available in the official Telegram applications.

Such features may include, for example:

  • additional customization options;
  • productivity tools;
  • accessibility features;
  • interface enhancements; and
  • other functionality introduced by the Company.

The Company may add, modify, suspend, or remove additional features at any time.

3.2. Features Not Available in Fork

Fork does not necessarily provide every feature available in Telegram.

Certain Telegram features may:

  • not be implemented in Fork;
  • be implemented differently;
  • be temporarily unavailable;
  • be discontinued;
  • be subject to technical limitations; or
  • become unavailable as a result of changes to Telegram's services or APIs.

Your use of Fork does not create any entitlement to access every feature available in Telegram.

3.3. Changes to Functionality

The Company may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of Fork at any time.

Where reasonably practicable and required by applicable law, the Company will provide notice of material changes affecting the availability of the Services.

4. REGISTRATION AND AUTHENTICATION

4.1. Authentication

To use Fork, you first sign in to your Telegram account using Telegram's standard authentication methods, such as your phone number, a verification code sent by Telegram and, where enabled, your two-step verification password. This sign-in is performed through the Telegram API and is governed by Telegram's Terms of Service. The Company does not receive, see or store your Telegram verification code or your two-step verification password.

After you sign in to your Telegram account, you must complete an additional authentication step through a Telegram chatbot operated by or on behalf of the Company (the "Authentication bot") in order to use the Services. This step authenticates you as a user of the Services provided by the Company. It supplements, and does not replace, Telegram's own authentication.

4.2. Account Information

You must provide accurate information when completing the authentication process and must not intentionally provide false or misleading information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of:

  • your Telegram account;
  • your device;
  • your authentication credentials; and
  • any other means used to access Fork.

The Company does not control Telegram accounts and cannot guarantee the availability, security, or continued operation of any Telegram account.

5. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years old to use Fork. If the laws of your country set a higher minimum age for using Fork or for consenting to the processing of Personal Data, you must meet that higher age.

You may use Fork only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you use Fork on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

If applicable law requires parental, guardian or other authorized consent for your use of Fork or for the processing of your Personal Data, such consent must be obtained before you use the relevant Services.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use Fork only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

In connection with your use of Fork, you must not:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • infringe the rights of another person;
  • impersonate another person or entity;
  • distribute malware, viruses or other malicious software;
  • gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or networks;
  • interfere with or disrupt the operation of Fork or related infrastructure;
  • attempt to circumvent security or access controls;
  • collect or harvest information about other Users without authorization;
  • distribute spam, scams or other fraudulent communications;
  • use Fork for activities involving unlawful goods or services;
  • distribute content that you do not have the right to distribute;
  • interfere with the normal operation of Telegram or its services;
  • use automated means to access Fork in a manner that is not authorized;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble Fork except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
  • remove or alter proprietary notices;
  • use Fork to develop or operate a competing service based on unauthorized access to the Services;
  • circumvent technical limitations or restrictions applicable to Fork or Telegram;
  • use Fork to scrape, harvest, aggregate or otherwise collect data from Telegram or Fork for unauthorized purposes; or
  • use data obtained through Telegram to train, fine-tune, validate or otherwise develop or improve artificial intelligence, machine learning or similar systems, except where expressly permitted by applicable law and the relevant third-party terms.

The above restrictions do not prevent any activity that cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable law or that is expressly permitted under the applicable open-source licenses governing the Telegram source code, including the GNU General Public License (GPL).

7. USER CONTENT

7.1. Responsibility for User Content

You are solely responsible for the User Content that you submit, transmit, upload, send, or otherwise make available through Fork.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you have the rights necessary to use and share your User Content;
  • your User Content does not unlawfully infringe the rights of any Third Party;
  • your User Content complies with applicable law;
  • your User Content does not contain malicious software or other harmful code; and
  • your use of User Content through Fork does not violate these Terms or applicable third-party terms.

7.2. No Endorsement

The Company does not pre-screen or endorse User Content. We act on reports and violations as described in Sections 7.4 and 7.5.

The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or appropriateness of User Content.

The fact that content is accessible through Fork, including content from channels that Fork includes in the gaming feed by default, does not mean that the Company endorses, verifies, or approves that content. We select the channels that Fork includes in the gaming feed by default and remove a channel from the feed if its content violates these Terms.

7.3. User Responsibility for Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for determining whether the information, content, or communications you transmit or make available through Fork comply with the laws applicable to you.

The Company does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the legal compliance of information, content, or communications transmitted by a User through Fork.

The Company does not control the purposes for which a User uses Fork and is not responsible for the User's actions, omissions, or decisions made while using Fork, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

This includes, without limitation, responsibility for:

  • the legality of User Content;
  • the accuracy of information provided by the User;
  • the User's communications with other persons;
  • the User's commercial or personal activities;
  • the User's compliance with applicable laws;
  • the User's compliance with third-party terms and policies; and
  • consequences resulting from the User's use of Telegram or other Third-Party services.

7.4. Objectionable Content

Fork has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not use Fork to post, send or share content that:

  • is unlawful, defamatory or fraudulent;
  • is hateful or discriminatory, or harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates others;
  • promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism or self-harm;
  • is sexually explicit, or sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors in any way;
  • infringes the intellectual property or privacy of others; or
  • is spam or misleading.

7.5. Reporting and Blocking

You can report content and block other users in Fork.

Reports about messages, chats, groups and channels are sent to Telegram and reviewed by Telegram under its own policies.

You can report content in features operated by the Company, including gaming profiles, Voice Room names and channels in the gaming feed, through the Fork support chatbot or by email at supp@fork.talk. We review such reports within 24 hours.

If content or a User violates these Terms, we may remove the content from features operated by the Company, remove a channel from the gaming feed, and suspend or terminate the User's access to the Services.

8. TELEGRAM AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Fork may depend in part on services, APIs and infrastructure provided by Third Parties, including Telegram.

Your use of Telegram and other Third-Party services may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies and other rules established by those Third Parties.

You are responsible for complying with the terms applicable to any Third-Party service that you access through Fork.

The Company does not control and is not responsible for:

  • the availability of Telegram;
  • the operation of Telegram servers;
  • Telegram account restrictions or suspensions;
  • changes to Telegram APIs;
  • changes to Telegram functionality;
  • Telegram's handling of User Content;
  • Telegram's privacy or security practices;
  • actions taken by Telegram in relation to your account; or
  • any other service, content or functionality controlled by a Third Party.

Telegram may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue its services or APIs at any time. Such changes may affect the availability or functionality of Fork.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1. Fork

Fork, including its interfaces, design, visual elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and other materials provided by the Company, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Fork on devices that you own or control. Components of Fork that are subject to open-source licenses are licensed to you as described in Section 9.3.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no rights are granted to you in or to Fork.

9.2. Restrictions

Unless expressly permitted by applicable law, by an open-source license described in Section 9.3, or by the Company in writing, you must not:

  • copy Fork except as reasonably necessary for permitted use;
  • modify or create derivative works of Fork;
  • distribute, sell, rent, lease or sublicense Fork;
  • commercially exploit Fork;
  • attempt to extract proprietary information from Fork.

Nothing in these Terms affects rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9.3. Open-Source Components

Fork is built on Telegram’s open-source code. Components of Fork that are subject to the GNU General Public License or another open-source license are licensed to you under the terms of that license. If these Terms conflict with an applicable open-source license, that license prevails with respect to the components it covers.

10. THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Fork may display, access or interact with content, services, trademarks, or other materials belonging to Third Parties.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Third-Party intellectual property.

The trademarks, names and logos of Telegram and other Third Parties belong to their respective owners.

Telegram and its associated trademarks and logos are not owned by the Company.

The Company's use of Telegram APIs or other technical interfaces does not transfer ownership of Telegram intellectual property to the Company or to Users.

11. AVAILABILITY, UPDATES, AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Fork is provided as a software product that may require periodic updates.

You acknowledge that:

  • Fork may not be available at all times;
  • certain features may be temporarily unavailable;
  • maintenance may affect availability;
  • technical failures may occur;
  • Third-Party services may become unavailable;
  • updates may change or remove functionality; and
  • compatibility may vary depending on your device, operating system, and network connection.

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, operating system, and Internet connection.

The Company may release updates, patches, modifications, or new versions of Fork.

Certain versions may cease to be supported after an update or new version becomes available.

12. “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FORK AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company does not warrant that:

  • Fork will always be available;
  • Fork will operate without interruption or error;
  • Fork will be compatible with every device or operating system;
  • all features will remain available;
  • Fork will meet your particular requirements;
  • defects will always be corrected;
  • Fork will be secure or free from vulnerabilities; or
  • information made available through Fork will be accurate, complete, or reliable.

The Company does not guarantee that Fork will provide the same functionality, performance, or user experience as the official Telegram applications.

Nothing in this Section excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. DISCLAIMER REGARDING USER ACTIVITIES AND CONTENT

Fork is a technical tool that allows Users to access and interact with functionality provided through the Telegram ecosystem.

The Company does not determine what information a User chooses to transmit, share, receive, publish, or otherwise make available through Fork.

Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not responsible for:

  • the content of communications sent or received by Users;
  • statements, opinions, or information expressed by Users;
  • the legality of User Content;
  • transactions or arrangements between Users;
  • actions taken by Users in reliance on information obtained through Fork;
  • violations of the rights of Third Parties caused by a User;
  • unlawful activities carried out by Users; or
  • any consequences arising from the User's misuse of Fork.

Each User is solely responsible for their own use of Fork and for the content and information they transmit or make available through it.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, GOODWILL OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:

  • your use of or inability to use Fork;
  • User Content;
  • your use of Telegram or another Third-Party service;
  • interruption or unavailability of Fork;
  • unauthorized access to or alteration of your data resulting from circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control;
  • actions or omissions of Third Parties;
  • changes to Telegram services or APIs;
  • your violation of these Terms; or
  • your interactions with other Users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Company arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Fork will be limited to the amount you paid to the Company for Fork or the relevant Services during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you have not paid any amount to the Company for Fork or the relevant Services, the Company's aggregate liability will be limited to USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:

  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of applicable law;
  • your User Content;
  • your infringement of the rights of a Third Party;
  • your misuse of Fork; or
  • your unauthorized use of another person's account or information.

The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate with the Company's defense of such claims.

This Section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

You can delete your Account at any time in the ways described in Section 12 of the Privacy Policy, including in Fork and through the link on our website at https://fork.talk/delete-account.

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to Fork, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary to:

  • protect the security of Fork or its Users;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity;
  • investigate a suspected violation of these Terms;
  • respond to a violation of these Terms;
  • comply with a legal or regulatory requirement;
  • respond to a request from a competent authority;
  • address a security incident;
  • protect the rights or legitimate interests of the Company or Third Parties; or
  • discontinue or materially modify the Services.

Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, we may provide you with notice before suspending or terminating access.

You may stop using Fork at any time.

Where the Company fulfills a User’s request to delete their Personal Data, the User’s Fork account will also be deleted. Such deletion may result in the permanent loss of access to Fork and its services. Deletion of the User’s Fork account does not result in the deletion of the User’s Telegram account.

Termination or suspension of your access to Fork does not necessarily terminate your Telegram account or affect your relationship with Telegram.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, User Content, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

  • changes to Fork or its features;
  • changes in our business or Services;
  • changes in applicable law;
  • security or technical developments; or
  • other legitimate operational requirements.

When we make changes, we will publish the updated Terms in Fork or on Fork’s website and update the “Last Updated” date above.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain your acceptance before material changes take effect.

Your continued use of Fork after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Fork.

18. PRIVACY

Your use of Fork is also subject to the Company's Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains:

  • what Personal Data we collect;
  • how we use and protect Personal Data;
  • how long we retain Personal Data;
  • when we may share Personal Data;
  • international transfers of Personal Data; and
  • your rights in relation to your Personal Data.

The Privacy Policy forms part of the legal framework governing your use of Fork.

19. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using Fork, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically in connection with the Services, including through:

  • in-application notifications;
  • messages through the Company's Telegram chatbot; and
  • other electronic communications associated with your use of Fork.

Electronic communications may include service announcements, security notifications, updates to these Terms, information about changes to Fork and responses to support requests.

Electronic records may be used to evidence communications between you and the Company, subject to applicable law.

20. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

The Company may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to an affiliate, successor or purchaser in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets or similar transaction, provided that such transfer does not unlawfully prejudice your rights.

21. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

22. NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning your use of Fork, unless otherwise expressly agreed between you and the Company.

If additional terms apply to a particular feature or Service, those terms will be made available to you before or when you access the relevant feature or Service.

24. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the contractual relationship between the Company and the User.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory rights or protections that apply to the User under applicable law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Fork shall be resolved by a competent court or other competent dispute-resolution body in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent or interim relief from a competent court where such relief is available.
